Do you have stock? When will orders ship?
Unless otherwise stated on the product page (for group buys or pre-orders), items are in stock once added to the cart. We will ship within 1-2 business days. If an item is out of stock, an out-of-stock message will appear when you try to add it to the cart. We will update our inventory accordingly.
When do you restock?
Most of our keyboard sets are limited editions, and due to the long production run, each set is usually only produced once. Some keyboard sets are re-produced, but these are usually pre-ordered because it's difficult to restock quickly. If you like a particular keyboard set, be sure to pre-order it, as it likely won't be re-produced.
Is my international package tracked?
All International Priority and International Priority Express shipments are tracked until they reach their destination. These packages are also insured up to $200 against loss or damage.
International First Class Mail does not guarantee delivery, which is in stark contrast to its low price. Therefore, use this method at your own risk! We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. The number you receive is typically not a tracking number, but a customs number. First-class mail packages are not insured.
According to United States Postal Service (USPS) regulations, international First-Class mail deliveries can only be tracked when delivered to the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, Hungary, Israel, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, the Slovak Republic, Spain, Switzerland, and Turkey.
Why isn't my tracking updating?
Please allow at least 24 hours for tracking information to update. You'll receive a shipping notification when we process the shipment, but it takes some time for the courier to actually receive the item and scan it. Please also note that USPS cannot scan packages, so tracking information cannot be updated.
When will your order be fulfilled?
We ship Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays. If you place an order on Friday, expect it to ship the following week.
What if my item is lost or damaged?
The only insured packages are USPS Priority Mail and UPS. If you used these insurance methods and your item is damaged, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue. We are not responsible if the item was marked delivered and you claim it is lost. The best approach is to contact your neighbor or local mail carrier to confirm.
Cancelling an order using PayPal - As of October 2019, PayPal has revised its refund policy. PayPal will no longer refund the initial fee (4.5% of the order total) for order cancellations/refunds. If you change your mind after placing an order, and it is not Chigrrf's fault, your refund will be the order total minus 4.5%. Refund rates vary for international orders. To avoid this fee, you can request a full store credit. Please carefully inspect all items before purchasing.
Cancelling an order using a credit card - As of March 2020, our refund policy has been revised and is beyond our control. For orders canceled/refunded using any credit card, the 3% processing fee charged as part of the transaction is non-refundable. If you change your mind after placing an order, and it's not Chigrrf's fault, your refund will be the total order amount minus 3%. To avoid this fee, you can request a full store credit. Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing.
