Return & Refund Policy
Returns - Please email us with your name, order number, and issue before returning your product to ensure your order is eligible for a return or exchange. All returns must be made within 30 days of order shipment. We will refund the full amount if the return is postmarked within 10 business days of shipment. Due to the nature of our products, a 10% restocking fee will be charged for returns after 10 days.
Items must be in their original packaging and new, unused. Items showing signs of damage, use, or missing items (including original packaging) will be subject to a 15-20% restocking fee at our discretion.
Items such as switches, springs, and stabilizers are not eligible for returns as they can be easily altered (please email us if you are unsure if your order is eligible for a return).
Return packages must also include the packing slip/invoice included with the shipment. We are not responsible for packages returned to us without your name and/or order number. Shipping costs will not be covered and will not be refunded. If you return an item due to buyer's remorse, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, and the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Defective Item Returns - This applies to electronic products, such as keyboards. If your keyboard experiences any issues within 14 days of shipment, please email us with your name and order number. Our team will do their best to diagnose the issue and provide troubleshooting assistance. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you may choose to return the product to us. We will invoice you for the return shipping costs and send you a return label (not applicable to international orders). Once we receive the item and determine it is not a manufacturer's defect, we will issue a refund/exchange. If we confirm the item is not defective, you will only receive a refund for the item itself. We are not responsible for shipping costs.
Missing or Incorrect Items - If the missing or incorrect item is due to our error, we will replace all missing or incorrect items and cover the shipping/handling costs. Please email us with the order details (including your name and order number) within 30 days of shipment so that we can assist you promptly.
We also reserve the right to request images of the problem. We are not responsible for any customer errors during the ordering process. Lost/incorrect keys can only be returned once within 30 days of shipment. We are not responsible for any lost/incorrect keys after 30 days. Please carefully inspect the package before making a return.
